Pink Ribbon Pin-Ups

Kaitlyn and Jordan came to me with an urgent request; they needed a pin-up style calendar designed and printed in a matter of weeks, with the proceeds going to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. (Who could say no to the cause?)

I designed the Pink Ribbon Pin-Ups 2010 Calendar featuring 13 breast cancer survivors who had the
chance to get pampered in the form of a pin-up style photo shoot. Each month has a unique woman
and her story.

100% of the proceeds of the calendar were donated to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

Each of the photos needed extensive retouching in order to maintain the full bleed of the images.
Snow was added for January, the coat was edited from yellow to pink for the cover, and more petals
were added.

Each spread needed to fit the model’s image, a smaller image of Kaitlyn, a quote, and a backstory.
